Shipping policy
Lax & Lux Candles accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday - Friday, except holidays and scheduled inventory days.
Processing
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Your order will be processed within 5-7 business days of the time you completed your order. Processing times may be longer during holidays and sales. A notice will be posted on this page if this is anticipated.Processing times may also include production time, but does not include shipping time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Baltimore, MD.
Orders with different shipping and billing addresses are subject to review. The customer will be contacted, if necessary. Please note that this may delay processing and shipping times.
Shipping
All products are carefully packaged individually in bubble wrap and shipped in a packing peanuts filled box. USPS shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days after order is shipped.The use of USPS Priority mail does not mean your order will ship within 2 days. You must account for processing time. You will receive a notification and tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note: Once your order is delivered to USPS, Lax & Lux Candle does not have control over how quickly your package is processed and delivered.
Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you discover your error before your order has shipped, please contact us at laxluxcandles@gmail.com. We will be able to update the shipping address to ensure you receive your package.
If your package is returned to us as not deliverable or return to sender, you will be responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping your order.
Damaged Products
If your products arrive to you damaged, contact us via email (laxluxcandles@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to assist. Please include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging to further assist us with processing your claim.
